DESCRIPTION:This brief service for children immediately before the 6:30pm Mass on Ash Wednesday highlights one of the aspects of the liturgy during the Lenten season: we do not sing “Alleluia” as an acclamation before the proclamation of the Gospel at Mass. \nChildren will bury their colored Alleluia pictures before the 6:30pm Mass on Ash Wednesday.
