Please Welcome Chi Nguyen

St. Joseph Church is happy to welcome our new Program Coordinator for Faith Formation, Chi Nguyen. Chi joined our parish staff as of June 1st. She will work with Patty Rodriguez in the Faith Formation Office to serve our parish and school children and their families. Chi has spent the past 3 years in Harrisonburg, VA as a piano instructor & accompanist at Eastern Mennonite University teaching private lessons to students of all ages, as well as adult group piano classes. She also volunteered as the Young Adult Ministry Coordinator at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, where she became passionate about serving in the Church. As coordinator Chi used her gifts to lead weekly bible studies, organize social and service events, and helped at the parish’s food pantry. Our Faith Formation office and parish will be blessed by her experience in education, coordination, love of children and faithfulness. Chi is looking forward to joining and serving the SJC community! Please help us extend a warm welcome to her and remember to keep Chi in your prayers as she responds to God call to serve!
