OFFSITE: Parish Picnic

Join Us for Our Upcoming Picnic!

We are gearing up for a great day at the park. Below are all the event details, schedule, and potluck information.

🕒 Event Schedule

• 1:00 PM – Setup: We will arrive early to set up. If you are available to lend a hand, we would love the help! You can also drop off items early at this time.
• 2:00 PM – Food Prep: We will set up the chafing dishes around this time. If you are bringing a hot or cold dish, please aim to drop it off between 2:15 PM and 2:45 PM.
• 3:00 PM – Picnic Begins: Time to eat and play!

🌭 What We Are Providing

We will supply the main grill items including hot dogs, hamburgers, rolls, condiments, and corn on the cob, along with all necessary utensils and napkins.

For drinks, we will have water, apple juice, Capri Suns, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, and plenty of ice. We will also set up cornhole, a few small kids’ crafts, and baseball/softball gear.

🥗 What You Can Bring

We welcome any additional food or activities you would like to contribute:

• Food & Sides: Desserts, fruit, salads, veggie platters, or any favorite hot or cold family dish. A small platter of tomatoes, onions, and pickles for the hamburgers would also be a great addition.
• Gear & Activities: Extra outdoor games, extra crayons or colored pencils for the kids, and extra coolers. We hope to have cooler space available if you want to bring any specific personal sodas or beverages.
