Knights of Columbus Activities Report
The Chief Justice White Council it pleased to report that over the past year it has been able to provide
financial support to the following Charities and organizations: Saint Joseph Academy, North Jersey Friendship House, The ARC of Bergen County, Allies, Inc., Deborah Hospital, Alzheimer’s Respite Care Fund, Birth Right of Bergen County, and the Youth Groups at both Saint Joseph Parish and Saint Anastasia Parish.
This financial support is possible because of the various “Fund Raising” activities conducted by the
Knights, and your generous support of, and contributions to these activities.
In the upcoming months, the Knights will be sponsoring several “Fund Raisers” and we ask for your
continuing support. The events include
1. Saturday, October 21, a Columbus Day dinner to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Respite Care Fund,
to support families struggling with Alzheimer’s. The dinner will be held at the Knights meeting hall
at 829 Windsor Road, Teaneck. Entertainment will be provided by Bobby Valli.
2. Saturday, November 7, an Applebee’s Breakfast Fundraiser at Applebee’s in Hackensack
3. Saturday, December 9, Breakfast with Santa, and a “Toys for Tots” collection, held at the Knights
meeting hall at 829 Windsor Road, Teaneck.
4. In December, a Calendar Raffle (tickets will be sold beginning in November), with $2,500 in prizes to
the winners.
